From the cycle a deeper look into Calvinism: Irresistible Grace is it Biblical?

Is Divine Grace Irresistible?
With other words, if God calls us, can we resist, say no and refuse His offer, or when God calls us its impossible to resist, and either we want or not, we will be forced to follow?
