An introduction to intermittent fasting
Intermittent fasting is an eating pattern where you cycle between periods of fasting and eating. It can help you lose weight, improve your metabolism, and even help you live longer! There are a lot of different ways to do intermittent fasting, but the most common is the 16/8 method. This involves fasting for 16 hours each day and eating all your meals within an 8-hour window. You can adjust the fasting and eating windows to fit your schedule, but I find that the 16/8 method is the easiest to stick to. If you're interested in trying intermittent fasting, I highly recommend it! Just be sure to do your research and talk to your doctor before starting, to make sure it's the right fit for you.
