Military Affairs: With Ukraine’s Electrical System partially destroyed do they still have options

Well with the narrative that Ukraine is on the brink of collapse due to no electricity..... I have news for you ....
In South Africa we have been living now for more than 4 years with near daily 4 hour long Blackouts (loadshedding) and we survive.
And there are always solution to any problem.....
Does the Destruction, by Russia, of Ukraine's Electrical System mean its collapse and surrender? Not by a long shot.
