Scott Ritter became a household name around the world in the early nineties when he, a former United States Marine Corps intelligence officer and United Nations weapons inspector, declared definitely that there were no weapons of mass destruction to be found in Iraq... there was no need to invade Iraq. If the United States, George Bush, Dick Cheney and Donald Rumsfeld had listened to Scott Ritter the lives of hundreds of thousands of people could have been saved and the destruction of Iraq could have been avoided. But nobody listened. Fast forward thirty years later and we are at it again, this time in Ukraine ... in a war that the same Scott Ritter claims today could have been avoided... if only we had listened...
