Chicken Bacon Ranch Casserole Recipe
8 oz penne pasta, cooked and drained
8 slices bacon, cooked and chopped
1 teaspoon minced garlic
1/2 cup ranch dressing
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided use
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 (15 oz) jar Alfredo pasta sauce
2 cups cooked and chopped chicken
Preheat oven to 350°F and spray a 9" x 13" baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
In a bowl mix ranch dressing, garlic, pepper, Alfredo sauce and 1 cup mozzarella cheese.
Gently combine the chicken and penne with the sauce. Pour mixture into pan.
Spread cheese and bacon pieces over the noodle mixture.
Cover with nonstick alumium foil and bake in oven for 20 minutes until bubbly and cheese is melted.

Taco Lasagna Recipe
6 soft Flour Tortilla
1 pound ground beef
1 Taco Seasoning Pack
3/4 cup water
1 cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
16oz can Refried Beans (Optional)
10oz can Rotel (Optional)
15oz can Black Beans (Optional)- Rinsed and Drained*
CHEESE SAUCE:
1 pint heavy cream
4 TBSP Butter
2 cups Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
In a large skillet cook beef, drain grease, add taco seasoning and water mix until combined. Let fully cook, add can of rotel and black beans.
In a small saucepan melt butter, add heavy cream. Bring to a soft boil and slowly add shredded cheese until melted. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
In a baking dish add a layer of soft tortilla shells, you may need to cut one in half to fit properly. Top with refried beans, ground beef mixture. Layer with a â…“ of the amount of cheese sauce. Repeat layers one more time. Add a final layer of flour tortillas, ending with the final amount of cheese sauce and shredded cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-30 minutes. Remove from oven and let set for a few minutes before cutting. Optional Toppings: Sour Cream, Tomatoes, Cilantro, Green Onions, Olives. Serve.

Hamburger Casserole Recipe
1 pound ground beef
1 tsp salt
1 - 16oz can pork & beans
3/4 cup BBQ sauce
1 tbs onion
1 can of biscuits
Shredded Cheese

Directions* Preheat oven to 375° , Spray a large casserole dish with nonstick spray. Brown ground beef & drain grease. Stir in salt, Pork & Beans, BBQ sauce & Onions. Heat until bubbly. Pour into Casserole dish. Cut biscuits in half , Place biscuits cut side down on top of casserole, Sprinkle cheese on top. Bake at 375° for 25-30 minutes. Enjoy!
