- The Kremlin has reportedly decided to postpone annexation referenda "indefinitely". This is according to a Latvia-based Russian-language outlet, Meduza. These were supposed to take place in either September, or in certain circumstances November 4th (Unity Day).
- Even to the point of occupation authorities leaving their assigned areas. DPR head Denis Pushlin and DPR Mayor of Mariupol Petro Andryushenko were supposed to attend a military parade on September 11th, but didn't.
