Give the Cynical Historian Life in Prison

@The Cynical Historian Has admitted to four separate counts of brandishing a firearm--contributing to the gun crime epidemic plaguing our nation. Recidivism is a foregone conclusion; he is a menace to society and a danger to himself and others. We need to get him off the streets for good. He can't keep getting away with it. Won't someone think of the children?
