INDONESIA TO AUCTION MEGA-BILLIONAIRE ISLANDS

Sotheby's will be auctioning-off "Development Rights" to an untouched 100-island Indonesian Archipelago on December 8th, 2022, so that the future ULTRA-WEALTHY buyer can turn the islands into a "Sustainable Vacation Destination" that would include 50 luxury "Sustainable" Eco-Resorts & 500 Villas to be constructed.
What is so sustainable about the incredible amounts of energy (and materials produced with energy) will be required to transport, build and MAINTAIN these private islands?
What will be done to adequately address the pollution the untold amounts of residents and visitors will inevitably generate?
What about the housing for all the SUPPORT STAFF and their families?
Where are they supposed to live?
