Luxon 'very comfortable' charging $45k in taxpayer money to rent own office to himself

Christopher Luxon is charging the taxpayer a cool $45,000 dollars a year to rent an office for himself… from himself. The National leader says he's "very comfortable" with the arrangement - but others not so much. Political editor Jenna Lynch gets his constituents' reaction.
