As summer ends and we’re all getting back to regular routines, it’s a good time to take a breath and reflect on the challenges that we’ve encountered over the past two years and the ones that still lay ahead.

Many of us get through things by pushing ahead, and that also usually means that we’re suppressing our feelings and using that F-word. You know what I mean, saying FINE when really, deep down, you’re anything but FINE.

Joining me today is Amanda Kate, all the way from Australia and we’re chatting about turning your focus from your external world, inwards and connecting to your inner wisdom. Amanda is a kinesiologist but in Australia, the practice is a bit different from what I’ve seen in North America because it involves blending a wide variety of modalities to provide a balanced approach to healing mind, body and soul.
