Psalm 141:3 King James Version
3 Set a watch, O LORD, before my mouth; keep the door of my lips.

GOOD EVENING IN YESHUA EVERYBODY!!! Woke up this morning still a bit congested, plus due to the rain, being in a lot of pain today, so I'm opting to stay inside today. Ricky is going out to take care of the fur babies, and I'll try to fill you in on what's going on in that area. Right now I could really use your prayers, because I don't like feeling like this, and I know I don't have COVID, so it sounds to me like it's my sinuses, and I'd like to have some relief.

My heart is incredibly burdened by what I read out of this morning scripture, because as I’ve stated so many times before, I have issues where in short I've got a big mouth, the filter is stuck on off, and I say things that later I'll regret. I think it's because I was brought up for so many years not speaking up or standing up for myself, and now that I am, I have to ask the Lord to give me wisdom as to what I say and how I say it. I think that's why the questions from this morning's devotional were so incredibly challenging to my heart, and I'd like to share them with you tonight. Please read these questions very carefully, and I pray that God will challenge you through them.

Why can it be difficult to be gentle and loving in a conflict?

What I'd like to do right now with all of you my friends, is share some things that God has shown me from this passage of scripture, and things that he's shown me throughout the years concerning this issue, through this vlog I'd like to share with all of you tonight. Please watch and listen to this vlog very carefully, and I pray that God will show you how important it is to listen to the warning sounds, and that you will learn to respond and show civility, wisdom, and love and the things that you say as well as do! 😊

As I close this post with all of you tonight, I want to leave you with this final question from this morning's devotional, and I pray that you will act on it.

How can the Holy Spirit help you carefully choose your words and actions?

I pray that instead of raising your voice in gruffness or harshness, where to even use unkind words during any conflict/disagreement, that you will come before the Lord and ask for Him to give you His words to speak in this matter, so that you don't say something you'll regret. Ask God's help in controlling your tongue, and let God guide you by His Holy Spirit, in everything that you say and do, so that you show civility, wisdom, and love to others.

UNTIL THURSDAY:

HAVE A TRANQUIL, BLESSED, AND SWEET EVENING IN CHRIST JESUS!!!
