When I first came across a video of someone using EFT, emotional freedom techniques, also known as tapping, I thought, what is this crazy ass guy doing. Repeating phrases and tapping on different places on his body. Fast forward a few years and I’ve learned a little more about it and even played around with tapping. But it still felt kind of weird and I keep getting caught up in if I was doing it right.
