Back up to 405!

Wasn’t easy and didn’t have the confidence at the bottom so we will stay here until it’s easy. Hips are getting better and we are slowly widening the stance as well as we work through some hip tightness due to an imbalance (posted about this before) and just not squatting in favor of more machines when prepping for shows (which I won’t do again).

The load is helping me correct some mobility issues while progressing - getting better daily!

We will keep correcting and be up to over 5 wheels in no time!
