How to know why she backed away and became cold and distant.

The date went well but had some awkward moments. She canceled the 2nd date because she was sick, but then dipped out with a weird explanation. The 2nd email is from a viewer who has been seeing a girl for about 5 months on and off. Recently she backed away saying they needed to pump the brakes. He wants to know why.
