Becker's Easy Eats S02E16: Easy Ritzy Baked Salmon

It's Season Two final episode! So I decided to make my favorite food of all - salmon! Baked salmon with crusty, savory topping made with Ritz crackers and panko bread crumbs - light, healthy and delicious!

Easy Ritzy Baked Salmon

Ingredients:
4 pcs salmon fillet (approx. 475g total)
1/3 cup Ritz cracker crumbs (10-12 Ritz crackers)
¼ cup panko breadcrumbs
1 tsp dried parsley
1 tsp garlic powder
Zest and juice of ½ lemon
1 tbsp melted butter
1 tsp salt
¼ cup clam broth (optional)
Salt and pepper
Olive oil for pan greasing
