Building the little disciplines will lay the foundations for the bigger ones!

One thing I have learnt through my journey along Op100 is discipline needs constant maintenance and attention. Yeah you probably hear 'discipline this, discipline that' but it's true. It is key in any high functioning and productive life and it requires attention - so that it doesn't slip, dwindle and so you don't go back to your old bad habits.

I just like you am human and not perfect. I sometimes slip here and there though the important thing is I learn from these and implement new things to prevent them happening again.

Operation 100 so far to date has opened my eyes to a lot of things and made me think of thinks I otherwise wouldn't have. I am grateful that I have embarked on the journey. Alhamdulillah!
