God of War Ragnarok 06 | The Reckoning

Finding an angry Father after our disappearance for two days, he is not buying Atreus’ attempt to keep secrets with a flimsy story, but their talk is interrupted and Freya makes a vengeful visit. Demanding help from Kratos with removing the spells that have kept her bound and weakened in Midgard, Kratos accompanies her, and joined by Brok as they journey to Vanaheim.

Bound by an elaborate spell woven into the World Tree itself, unravelling it finds it protected by the guardian of Yggdrasil, a force that they must go through in order to begin to restore Freya to her true power.

After playing through God of War (2018) recently, it's time to get through the sequel, God of War - Ragnarok (2022) which takes place several years later and sees both Father and Son embark on a new journey leading up to the end, Ragnarok.
