So just wait until your issues become issues for women too, then maybe they will be recognized. And always remember, that as a man your problems do not even count. So there is no use in making an issue about it, or even telling people about your problems at all. Just Shut up about them! You men aren't allowed to BE a victim when you have been victimized.
