DUFFALO Bar Bench Press for GAINZ

Straight bar bench press is the measure of all things strength. However, throughout the years I have strained and partially tore my pec multiple times.
The answer was to wear a slingshot, which is awesome! But I even tore my pec with a slingshot! My tendons were just weak and tight it seems….
This is when I went to all dumbbells.
I love full range of motion, so I implemented the DUFFALO Bar and kept the weight lower. My chest development increased and shoulder pain decreased. This is now my prime movement with dumbbell press on chest day.
Have you ever done this? If not, give it a shot next workout! And if your gym doesn’t have a DUFFALO bar, dump those chumps and train at a real gym like @carbon_culture_usa or @tigerfitness gym!
