How an Unplanned Pregnancy Saved My Dad

Hi, I'm Ericka and I was an unplanned pregnancy. My parents were young and had no plans to create a family. They had no money or education, but they chose life and today, a whole lot of other people exist because of that choice.

I grew up hearing my Dad say that if it wasn't for my mom and us girls, he would be dead or in prison. I thought of this recently when I saw a campaign telling young people that they needed abortion to save them from losing a career or to fulfill their dreams.
