HANDING OVER OF THE SECTION 89 PANEL REPORT TO THE SPEAKER OF NATIONAL ASSEMBLY ON 30 NOVEMBER 2022 On Wednesday, Chairperson Retired Chief Justice Sandile Ngcoboto of the Office of the Section 89 Panel handed over the Phala Phala report to the Honourable Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.
