Dignitaries, media and members of parliament seat themselves ahead of the Phala Phala report handover
The official handing over of the long awaited Phala Phala report is happening at Parliament today. The Office of The Section 89 Panel held a media briefing on the ceremonial handing over of the Report. The Chairperson of the Section 89 Panel, Retired Chief Justice Sandile Ngcobo will officially hand it over to the Honourable Speaker of the National Assembly, Ms Nosiviwe Mapisa-Nqakula.
