The Atoku bird is a type of endemic owl originating from the Sula Islands, Maluku. This type of bird that has a ghost name (Aegotheles crinifrons) can only be found on the island of Taliabau, Sula Regency, North Maluku. Atoku is one of the rare bird species in Indonesia. Because, this bird has a conservation status where the population is said to be endangered. The following are the characteristics of the atoku bird: Has a body size between 31 to 32 cm The length of its wingspan is approximately 28 cm The length of the tail is approximately 12 cm
