The Christian standard is the Word of God; not other believers

Mediocrity is the reigning mindset with many believers, who compare themselves with others - INSTEAD of measuring their current lives by the words of our living God. It's obvious not much is expected from church leadership. 'Hey, I'm not as bad as so & so, etc."
"Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect" (Matthew 5:48). This is from the same Book that 'church christians' claim to believe & live by.
We will be judged by the scriptures. Being born again does not exempt Christians from obeying the words of Jesus Christ...
