Traditionally, B2C companies that sell to consumers have led the way in using video marketing. With videos, they can advertise their products and capture attention while also motivating people to buy.
For B2B companies, however, video marketing plays a different role. The objective of video is to create awareness about the brand, its identity, and what it can offer. This can be done through generating interest and providing consumers with valuable information. In terms of investing in this channel in 2022 the B2B segment is definitely lagging behind.
