Training VLOG: vol 17

In this episode we highlight some flow rounds of No-Gi Brazilian Jiu Jitsu between partners from Robert Hugus BJJ. Ryan Grigware, Justin Relation, Stephen Quiles, and I also get in some flow spar rounds while Wednesday open mat is in full swing and over the course of the week's training. Enjoy!
