An Insane New Cartel Video | Sicario Wears Victims Skin

On the 22nd of June 2022, a new Cartel video surfaced on a well known narco news site, depicting the aftermath of the execution of several rivals. The video shows sicarios joking and laughing, as they show off a victims flayed face. The sicarios proceed to wear the face as a mask.
