DAY 1 Illinois land improvement project new 20 acre property. Bobcat e42 R series & Yanmar Vio 50

What a beautiful new 20 acre remote wooded property located in Southern Illinois along the borders of the Shawnee National forest! Join us for today's episode which will be episode #1 of this newly created 20 acre property. In today's Episode #1 we will begin work on cutting a new road through the overgrown jungle on this 20 acre property, and then once we reach the new clearing site, we will being on the roughly one acre land clearing project to create a new clearing in the woods for the new property owner to use with a camper and enjoy the beauty and remoteness of this beautiful Southern Illinois property. This property joins the Shawnee National forest here in Southern Illinois and is very remote and quiet. Join us today as me and my friend Curtis Rogers, from Midwest Farm & Land company begin to tackle this new land clearing project. I will be using my 2022 Bobcat e42 R2 mini excavator and Curtis will be renting a Yanmar VIO 50 hp mini excavator to double team the large task of clearing the land of all of the trees, and more importantly the tree stumps so the new land owner has a nice and new clearing to start a new future one. This is a beautiful property nestled amongst the thousands of acres of the Shawnee National forest, and with our help, we can make this very remote and overgrown property a very enjoyable 20 acre rustic private property. In today's episode we will begin with the 2 excavator on clearing a new road in to the property and then begin on the new 1 acre clearing so that the new landowner can use the new property with a truck, trailer or camper. We will definitely get some feedback on how the land owner has been using the property with great success so stay tuned to the channel for that final outcome.
