you know, we should really be nicer to ourselves if we come online with our skills. alot of people will show you hate or even tease you for not having as many students as them... in the spiritual community ego can still be huge.

so that is why it is key and very important to believe in yourself, and to know. even if you only teach yourself... you still have a student.

my reasons for taking my yoga teacher trainings have been a bit selfish, as I took the training to recover from a severe traumatic brain injury, but the beauty I find through this journey is breathtaking.

and no, I'm not just talking about yoga classes full of women. but that's nice too.
