Russia rejects Pope's remark labelling minority ethnic soldiers in Ukraine 'cruel'

Russian envoy has expressed strong dissatisfaction to the Vatican as Pope Francis called some minority groups of soldiers "cruel" while criticising Russia's action in Ukraine, a news agency reported. "Generally, the cruellest are perhaps those who are of Russia but are not of the Russian tradition, such as the Chechens, the Buryats and so on," Pope said during an interview.
