Doctors perform heart surgery on child in Kyiv blackout

Heart surgeons continued to operate on a child after Russian missiles caused blackouts in Ukraine on November 23, 2022. The Kyiv hospital lost power during the operation, one doctor said. Russia has been launching air strikes targeting Ukraine’s energy facilities since October.
