Let’s talk about Achilles health.
An Achilles tendon rupture is a full or partial tear of the Achilles tendon. This acute (sudden) injury occurs when the tendon stretches to its breaking point. IT TAKES UP TO 12 MONTHS TO RECOVER FROM THIS - for a teenager this is a lifetime!
Injury prevention is our jam at @legacyatcarbon . Here @legacyperformance and I implement @slantboardguy to not only get the knees tracking over the toes, but to work the Achilles through and full ROM and even increase the ROM!
