Seeing art is all fine and dandy but only when you see how the sausage is made can do you realize what a process something is. You might not be interested in directing but you see a rigger or a set electrician and decide that’s a cool job. These are also jobs that are accessible to people from disadvantaged backgrounds and would give them a chance to work their way up inside the industry. What do you think?
