This is the fourth installment of the 'Get to Know' series. Throughout November, we are reviewing the five new courses offered at the Hope Learning Centre.

Building Better Boundaries is a 4-part course that explores the importance of boundary setting and self-worth. Students will learn how to set boundaries and enforce them compassionately, and they will also learn what weak boundaries can do to their well-being.
