A patent is a constitutionally created property right. It's something that our founders, our framers of our Constitution recognized. Our patent system used to be very strong and reliable. That's no longer the case. Some big tech companies are whispering in the ears of congressmen, sliding campaign donations to them and saying, we want you to dilute the patent system even more.
