Hey everyone, welcome back to Keto & Krime, a channel run by a lady named Tracy. This channel is based on crime and historical events. But in this video, we will do something different. This video will cover a seven-day challenge of walking 20,000 steps daily. Recording the video was fun for me, and I hope you people will also love watching the video.

As I have been watching many fitness videos recently, there is a trendy challenge everyone is taking. The challenge is to walk at least 20,000 to 25,000 steps a day. A lot of people from Canada and Britain are accepting this challenge, so why not people from America. So I decided to take this challenge and walk 20,000 steps each day for 7 days.

Apart from walking inside my house in the hallway, you’ll see me wandering in the neighborhood. I’ll also be doing 80’s style aerobics to do something different. I have given insights into my days and explained my steps each day.
