What if MHA was a gay romantic comedy?
I already see it that way but let's make things even gayer. And funnier. May I present: My Gay Hero Academia. Episode 1. BakuDeku: Cherry Blossoms.
Meet the main characters: Bakugou, Deku, and Todoroki.

Bakugou is a closeted hot mess, desperately in love with Deku. He won't admit his feelings to either himself or the cute broccoli boy even though everyone can clearly see just how much he's obsessed with Deku. How do they know it?
The poker-faced gay icon has a weakness - jealousy is the one thing that Kacchan can't control. Like, at all. He has to be the best. The winner. The center of attention. And, most importantly, the only person Deku ever thinks about...

Deku is quite the opposite. He's an open book and a real gay disaster. Izuku is bad at lying or pretending, he carries his heart on his sleeve. Every time Deku tries to focus on his studies, Bakugou finds a way to distract Izuku and steal all of his attention.
Deku has always had two goals in his life - to become the Nr.1 hero and make his childhood friend Kacchan fall in love with him.
The admiration and love Deku feels for Bakugou are unconditional.
He's been chasing his dream boy since they were little kids. But since Deku had no quirk till high school and has been rejected by Katsuki way too many times, he is still unable to grasp his own value. As a hero and as a boyfriend. He still thinks he's not good enough for Kacchan.
And yet, Deku is really stubborn. He's not ready to give up. Not now, not ever...

Todoroki is basically a third wheel and serves as comic relief in the story. He might seem quite dense and slow but he's just tired of all the gay drama between Deku and Bakugou. As indifferent as Todoroki is and as much as he tries to stay away from all of it, somehow he ends up in the middle of whatever is happening between those two idiots.
A major disadvantage of being the hot Deku's friend - Bakugou has his eyes on Shoto 24/7...
