Traveling is worth it to experience the street food in China and throughout the world! The street cuisine in western China is so amazingly good that you won't believe it! The BEST in terms of street food! Every Sunday, we traveled far outside Kashgar to the livestock market to sample the delectable uighur street food specialties, and we had an incredible time traveling and eating as much as we could! Everything, including kebabs, hand-pulled noodles, and pilaf!
