The easiest way to earn residual income quickly is not to create the income but to purchase the income. Find someone that already has a residual income stream and work out a deal to purchase it at a good price.

If you have cash then this is very fast and easy. If you don’t have cash you can still do this but you have to go through a more complicated extra step of finding a lender to loan you money to buy the passive income stream.

You find a passive income stream you want to purchase then you put a contract on it to purchase it. After that you find a lender to give you a loan to purchase it. If you can’t get a loan for the full amount needed either renegotiate the price with the seller or bring in a partner that you let invest in it. You still need to talk to your lawyers and tax advisers but that is the quickest and easiest way to earn residual income quickly.

The key thing is don’t start a business to create passive income. Opening a passive income business is much more complicated and time consuming than signing a contract to purchase someone else’s passive income stream or business and then funding the acquisition with a loan.
