Neena Perez: How To Make The New Year Count

A new year is coming soon…. How are you going to make it count? Always reflect on this past year. And if you have a journal even better.

The different aspects of your life. Spiritual, social, economical, physical, emotional, mental. What parts of your life can you actually use more growth in?

For me I know that my ear doesn’t start off right or my daily life if I don’t put God first.

1. It doesn’t matter how Big or small, God is always greater than what you may be afraid of.
2. Develop a new strategy. Look at this past year and think about the things you wanted to do but didn’t. are these things you want to try for 2023?
3. When you think about goals:
• Write it down
• Allow yourself to dream, visualize and explore
• Set your Priorities
• Make boundaries
• Showing Gratitude
4. Look for a community to be a part of, don’t go at this alone
Surround yourself with people that are going to be completely honest about their opinion of your work but also people who know what they’re talking about.
5. Take ownership of your life. Get rid of any victim mentality.
6. Evaluate your life (look at this past year alone)……
7. Will you Challenge yourself to develop this coming year or will you be exactly the same?
