Toxic Free's Val "threatening to kill someone"?

Did Val from Toxic Free really "threaten to kill someone" as David Demars claimed in his recent video?
OR...has it already been debunked?
Truth be told - Val do a video exposing Armchair Detectives grift stealing $ from his subscribers and did an terribly bad impersonation of Liam Neeson. Then AD convince his viewers that it was a "death threat" so he could play victim and use it to discredit Val.
Did David Demars also use the same already debunked claim that Val "threatened to kill someone" in the same lame attempt to play victim and discredit Val?
