Early voting is underway for the U.S. midterm elections, and this year, voters have to contend with tough new restrictions.

The state changed its voting rules following Donald Trump's false claims about fraud in the 2020 election.

The new voting law makes it tougher to request and file an absentee ballot, while also banning volunteers from handing out food or water to voters stuck in those long lines.

As Jackson Proskow reports, voting rights groups say the new measures put black and urban voters at a disadvantage.
