You can potentially gain 10 or more pounds before you notice a change in how your clothes fit. This is a lagging indicator that is not an effective strategy. Who wants to find out suddenly that they've gained 10+ pounds over a period of time, knowing they now have to invest time, patience and commitment in losing that weight. Alternatively, I know a tool you can use that if you gain 2+ pounds in one day (very possible) you can correct it simply and easily the very next day.
