Rip Wheeler's Pistol Sucks

We are big Yellowstone fans, so we wanted to test the man himself, Rip Wheeler's (Cole Hauser's) concealed carry pistol. It seems like the entire Yellowstone cast uses this pistol model when they are out and about. John Dutton (Kevin Costner) carries it in his truck, and Loyde (Forrie J. Smith) can be seen using it also in scenes like the cowboys vs. bikers scene. The pistol I'm talking about is the Kimber Ultra Carry II. Some sources claim that the pistol is a Kimber Ultra CDP II, but we weren't able to look and find the model in the correct two-tone color scheme. Thus leaving me to believe the gun is actually the Kimber Ultra Carry II. Is his gun any good, though? Should he carry something better? Let's find out!
