On this episode we sit down with Cheryl L Ilov from Cheryl Ilove Int. She is an author, speaker, dancer, martial artist and recovering physical therapist. I am also a former chronic pain patient who was told (by the experts) that I had no hope of recovery, and I would never have the life I wanted or had before. I was also told to start applying for disability because I was going to need it. Apparently, the experts were wrong, and I had a complete recovery once I fired them and figured it out on my own.

I started training in an ancient Japanese martial art at the tender young age of 47, but I did not go willingly, because I knew I was going to hate it. Ten years later I became my teacher's first female black belt.
