How to stop overthinking. Do You overthink?
You may not think you do.

I didn't think I did. Let 's try and exercise.
Take a deep breath!
Close your eyes. Another deep breath.
Really feel into your mind. Let all thought float away.
Then really think... Do I over think? Have I ever over thought?
Can you think of a situation where you over thought?
Identify it if you can.

I have a story about when I over thought a situation
Overthinking can be just about anything. A project you are working on. A Holiday or an event you are working on.
Something you think someone did or said.
It can cause so many emotions to arise.

It can cause stress, anxiety, overwhelm, and self-doubt.
Possibly many others for different people.

EFT tapping stands for Emotion Freedom Technique.
Eft Tapping is amazing. It is literally tapping on end points of meridians of our body to help calm the amygdala
The amygdala is located at the base of your brain and is responsible for registering emotions. It is the fight or flight response of our brain.
Tapping rewires and balances the brain so we can think and respond calmer and radiational.

Let's do a tapping demonstration.
I will explain the tapping points and how to tap.
We will do a tapping demonstration together for stress, anxiety and overwhelm.
