Faith, hope and love as both Paul and Peter link them are more than fruits of the Spirit. They are directly tied to human development in the soul. God designed the human soul to use faith as a system of perception and influence. Whatever we choose to believe forms the content of our belief system, controlling our views, our attitudes, our feelings and our behaviors. The belief system is the control center of the soul, programmed by those concepts we choose to believe.
