Former Russian diplomat says solution to the war in Ukraine is to defeat Putin

Boris Bondarev is a former Russian diplomat who resigned his post in protest of the Russian invasion of Ukraine. On Monday, he told CNN that the if Putin is defeated in Ukraine, then Putin will also lose his political power within Russia.
