Julie Henderson, FMCHC & Gail Golec both of Maricopa County attend the Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Special Meeting to certify Ms. Gail Golec, Precinct Committeemen filed a lawsuit with The Maricopa County Board of Supervisors & Jack Sellers, Thomas Galvin, Clint Hickman & Steve Gallardo & The Maricopa County Recorder & Steven Richer & Maricopa County Election Directors for an Ex Parte Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order in an Expedited Election Proceeding as well as a Complaint for Declaratory, Injunctive and Expedited Election Matter Under A.R.S. 16-672 Seq Jury Demand
Case No. CV 2022-015516 sealed by The Clerk of the Superior Court on November 28th 2022 on the day that Maricopa County Board of Supervisors are to Certify the election. It appears Cochise not NOT Certify. Still up in the air are Mojave & Yavapai Counties. If one county does NOT certify this may prove the election null & void. Many want a re-vote in smaller precincts with NO Machines. For the record, my vote; which I voted on the day-November 8th at 6:15 pm & in person was NOT counted in a highly right leaning North Scottsdale voting center in Maricopa County, on of the largest in the Nation States. Many Arizona’s remember the primary 2020 election with many inconveniences complaints & lawsuits that The Supreme Court shall have no more than 10 days to solve before certifying. Stay tuned. Supreme Court to be revisited this very matter in which if just a few admit they did not address the complaints & lawsuits would prove 2020 null & void making anything after that null & void.
