Expanded pokemon sets is a set review series meant to cover pokemon sets that are only part of the expanded format. Since I wasn't making pokemon tcg videos during the time when they were new I'll be looking at them as part of the expanded format today but I'll also talk about thier significance in the meta during the time they were fresh.

Boundaries Crossed isn't only one of the key sets of the black and white era but it's significant even today, introducing the ace spec cards into the game and even harboring arguably the best one out of all of them, computer search. It is also one of the few sets in the era that actually had a bunch of usable stage 2 pokemon which became a rare sight. From a key EX attacker and support cards this set is one of the most well rounded from the era.
